BROILED CRAB MELTAWAYS
List of Ingredients
- 1 PKG OF 6 ENGLISH MUFFINS
- 1 7 OZ CAN CRAB MEAT - WELL DRAINED
- 1 STICK MARGARINE
- 1 6 OZ JAR OLD ENGLISH SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
- 2 TBSP MAYONNAISE
- 1/2 TSP SEASONED SALT
- 1/2 TSP GARLIC SALT
Instructions
- SLICE MUFFINS IN HALF, CUT EACH HALF INTO 4THS & ARRANGE ON COOKIE SHEET
- MIX ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS IN SMALL BOWL WITH ELECTRIC MIXER
- SPREAD ON ENGLISH MUFFIN QUARTERS. FREEZE THEM FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS., EVEN IF YOU PLAN TO USE THEM THAT NIGHT(THEY CAN BE FROZEN FOR WEEKS)
- BROIL THEM UNTIL THEY PUFF UP AND ARE BUBBLY AND SLIGHTLY GOLDEN BROWN (TAKES A FEW MINUTES)
- SERVE HOT
