JAMAICA EGG NOG
Just in time for the Christmas season on the island. Sit on the beach watching the waves roll in and relax, man.
List of Ingredients
- 12 Eggs separated
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup Jamaican Rum
- 1 cup Whisky (Scotch) or Brandy
- 3 cups milk
- 1 cup light cream whipped
Instructions
- Beat egg yolks with a hand or electric beater until thick and lemon coloured. Then gradually beat in sugar. Next, gradually stir in combined liquor. Cover and chill. Just before serving, stir in milk, then fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and whipped cream. Maked about 3 quarts.
