- 1 CAN 46oz UNSWEETENED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
- 1 CAN 12oz APRICOT JUICE
- 1 CAN 12oz PAPAYA JUICE
- 1 CAN 12oz GUAVA NECTAR
- 1 CAN 12oz PEAR NECTAR
- 1 CUP WATER
- 3/4 CUP SUGAR
- 4 CARDAMOM SEEDS
- 1 CINNAMON STICK, 3"LONG
- 1/8 TSP GROUND MACE
- 1 QUART GINGER ALE
- 1 TSP PURE VANILLA EXTRACT
Instructions
- COMBINE FRUIT JUICES IN PUNCH BOWL AND SET ASIDE
- PLACE WATER, SUGAR, CARDAMON SEEDS, CINNAMON STICK, & MACE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN. SIMMER 1-2MINUTES AND SET ASIDE TO COOL.
- WHEN COOL, STRAIN INTO JUICE MIXTURE AND ADD GINGER ALE AND VANILLA. SERVE OVER ICE.
