    • 1 CAN 46oz UNSWEETENED GRAPEFRUIT JUICE
    • 1 CAN 12oz APRICOT JUICE
    • 1 CAN 12oz PAPAYA JUICE
    • 1 CAN 12oz GUAVA NECTAR
    • 1 CAN 12oz PEAR NECTAR
    • 1 CUP WATER
    • 3/4 CUP SUGAR
    • 4 CARDAMOM SEEDS
    • 1 CINNAMON STICK, 3"LONG
    • 1/8 TSP GROUND MACE
    • 1 QUART GINGER ALE
    • 1 TSP PURE VANILLA EXTRACT


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE FRUIT JUICES IN PUNCH BOWL AND SET ASIDE
    2. PLACE WATER, SUGAR, CARDAMON SEEDS, CINNAMON STICK, & MACE IN SMALL SAUCEPAN. SIMMER 1-2MINUTES AND SET ASIDE TO COOL.
    3. WHEN COOL, STRAIN INTO JUICE MIXTURE AND ADD GINGER ALE AND VANILLA. SERVE OVER ICE.
