    Potato Chip Cookies


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb butter
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp vanilla
    • 1 cup crushed potato chips
    • 3 1/2 cups flour
    • 10X Sugar


    Instructions


    1. Cream butter & sugar together until creamy
    2. Add flour & vanilla, mix well
    3. Fold in crushed potato chips
    4. Drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet
    5. Bake 12-15 minutes 350 oven
    6. Sprinkle with 10X sugar while cookies are still hot
