Sauteed Shrimp with Vegetables
List of Ingredients
- 2 T. oil or butter
- 3/4 t. ginger
- 1/4 t. garlic powder
- 1/8 t. salt
- 1/2 to 3/4 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
- 2 T. water
- 1 pkg. Bird's Eye Int'l Frozen Japanese Style Vegetables

Instructions
- Heat oil or butter in a skillet; stir in ginger, garlic powder and salt. Add shrimp (peeled & cleaned), sauting until pink, about 1 minute. Add vegetables and water. Bring to a full boil over medium heat. Separate the vegetables with a fork and stir frequently until sauce cubes are blended. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 minutes.
