    APRICOT CHICKEN

    Boneless/Skinless Chicken


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 tsp paprika
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 1/2 cup flour
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
    • 1 jar apricot preserves


    Instructions


    1. mix first 3 ingredients in bag. Place chicken in bag
      till it is well coated.
    2. Grease baking pan, with butter or Pam Spray. Place
      coated chicken in pan and bake for 20 - 25 min 350 oven
    3. Saute rest of ingrediences until bouillon cubes are well desolved.
    4. Coat chicken with mixture, put back in oven for about
      25 mins longer. Bake uncovered.
