    HOT CHICKEN SALAD


    List of Ingredients


    • 4 CUPS COLD CUT UP CHICKEN
    • 2 TBSP LEMON JUICE
    • 2/3 CUP FINELY CHOPPED TOASTED ALMONDS
    • 3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
    • 1 TSP SALT
    • 1 CUP GRATED CHEESE- PARMESAN
    • 2 CUPS CHOPPED CELERY
    • 4 HARD COOKED EGGS - DICED
    • 3/4 CUP CREAM OF CHICKEN SOUP
    • 1 TSP ONION - FINELY DICED
    • 2 PIMIENTO - CUT FINE
    • 1 1/2 CUPS CRUSHED POTATO CHIPS


    Instructions


    1. COMBINE ALL EXCEPT CHEESE, POTATO CHIPS AND ALMONDS.
    2. PLACE IN A LARGE RECTANGLE DISH (9 X 12 GLASS DISH)
    3. TOP WITH CHEESE, THEN CHIPS AND THEN ALMONDS
    4. LET STAND OVERNIGHT IN REFRIGERATOR.
    5. BAKE IN 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 20 - 25 MINUTES.
