    4 SMOKED PIG TAILS OR NECK BONES
    2 TABLESPOONS OF USED COOKING OIL (BACON OR HAM GREASE)
    DASH OF PAPRIKA & PEPPER
    1 1/2 TEASPOONS OLD BAY
    1/2 TEASPOON RED PEPPER (OPTIONAL)
    DICED GREEN PEPPER

    WASH GREENS THOROUGHLY
    USE LARGE QUART POT
    FILL HALF WAY WITH WARM WATER
    LET WATER BOIL
    ADD GREENS TO POT ALONG WITH SEASONINGS AND SMOKED MEAT
    LET COOK FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR
    REMOVE FROM STOVE AND SERVE HOT
