WASH GREENS THOROUGHLY
USE LARGE QUART POT
FILL HALF WAY WITH WARM WATER
LET WATER BOIL
ADD GREENS TO POT ALONG WITH SEASONINGS AND SMOKED MEAT
LET COOK FOR ABOUT 1 HOUR
REMOVE FROM STOVE AND SERVE HOT
