List of Ingredients
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pint sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 t. salt and pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed corn flakes (optional)
Instructions
Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Put into greased 9 x 13 dish. Sprinkle 1 cup finely crushed corn flakes over the mixture, then drizzle with a little melted butter. Bake @350, covered for 45-50 minutes then uncovered for 10-15 minutes.
