Zesty Bean Salad

List of Ingredients
- Juice of 2 limes (1/4 to 1/3 cup)
- 1 to 1 ½ cup chunky salsa
- 1 ½ tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 16-oz can black beans, drained
- 1 16-oz can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 16-oz can butter beans, drained
- 1 16-oz can corn kernels, drained
- 1 medium tomato, diced
Instructions
- Squeeze lime juice into bowl.
- Stir in salsa, chili powder, and salt.
- Add beans and tomato.
- Toss to mix well.
- Refrigerate several hours before serving.
