List of Ingredients
1 can artichoke hearts, (not marinated) drained & chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup jack cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
8 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powderRecipe
OVEN:
Mix all ingredients together.
Spread in a casserole dish.
Bake at 350F for 35-40 mins.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, small rounds of bread or carrots.

INSTANT POT:
Place artichokes, cream cheese, mayo and garlic powder in pot.
Place on Manual high pressure for 4 minutes.
Do a quick release.
Stir in all cheeses.
Transfer to a bowl and serve.
This will thicken more as it cools.
