Chicken & Broccoli in Mush. Wine Sauce

List of Ingredients
1 whole chicken, cut up
1/2 C water
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tsp. dehydrated onion
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
(cooked 2 mins. and drained)
2 cans crm. of mushroom soup
1 cup white wine
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Recipe
Prepare broccoli as above.
Place chicken, cut side down in 13x15 baking dish.
Mix together water, butter & onion & spoon over chicken. Bake uncovered at 375 for 45 mins. turning every 15 mins.
Take out & place broccoli around chicken.
Mix soup, wine & soy sauce in same pan broccoli was
cooked in.
Bring almost to a boil, stirring frequently.
Spoon sauce over chicken & broccoli & return to oven for 30 mins.

NOTE:
If using boneless, skinless breasts....
Reduce water to 1/8 C. (drain if still too much water)
Bake chicken & broccoli at 350 for 15 mins., then spoon sauce over & bake 30 mins. more.
