    Melted Chocolate for Dipping

    This can be done in a microwave, crockpot or mini fondue pot that sometimes come with a crock pot!

    List of Ingredients




    1 C. chocolate chips
    2 T. shortening

    Recipe



    Melt in bowl on low, stirring frequently, in microwave.

    OR

    Take the amount of chocolate you want to melt and place it in a large, heavy zip-lock freezer bag.
    Nuke for about 30 seconds, take it out and knead it, then stick it back in for 10 seconds, knead, repeat until smooth.
    Then just cut one corner off the bag and pipe into your recipe.

    OR

    Melt the chocolate in the crockpot, on low. It melts it slowly and keeps it melted while dipping.
