    List of Ingredients





    Cake:

    3 cups flour
    2 cups sugar
    2 tsp baking soda
    4 tbsp cocoa
    ½ tsp salt
    ¾ cup oil
    2 tbsp vinegar
    2 cups cold water
    2 tsp vanilla

    Frosting:

    1 cup sugar
    ¼ cup milk
    ¼ cup butter
    ½ cup mini marshmallows
    ½ cup chocolate chips

    Recipe



    Cake:

    1. Mix flour, sugar, soda, salt & cocoa together in the pan.
    2. Add oil, vinegar, water & vanilla and mix well.
    3. Bake at 350 for 40-45 min. in a 9 x13 pan.

    Frosting:

    1. Microwave sugar, milk & butter for 3 minutes.
    2. Stir in marshmallows & chocolate chips.
