List of Ingredients
2 jars Dona Maria Mole
3 C chicken broth
Shredded, cooked chicken (or shredded cheese)
½ small onion, diced
Corn tortillas
Recipe
Cook chicken your favorite way & shred or leave in pieces.
In hot frying pan, add mole & smash as you’re frying.
Once melted to saucy consistency, add chicken broth.
Dip corn tortillas in mole & fill with chicken or cheese & onion.
Fold side over side.
Top with more cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 mins.
