    My brother brought over some chicken in the best marinade I've ever tasted! He loves to just create, so I had to pick his brain to get approx. amounts. Here it is, you'll love it!

    List of Ingredients




    2 oz. Ketchap (sweet soy sauce from the Phillipines)
    2 oz. Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp gr. ginger
    4 tbsp Sesame oil
    2 oz. white wine

    Recipe



    Mix together all ingredients
    Pour over chicken & marinate as long as you can, overnight if possible.

    Serving size: Enough for 1 chicken, cut-up
