    Line 8x8 pan with plastic wrap.
    Press in dough, cover, and freeze.
    Cut in 1/4 sticks (like butter comes) and wrap well, and store in freezer.
    To cook, slice THIN, bake at 350º for 10 min.
    Let cookies sit on cookie sheet for 1-2 minutes to set up.
    Transfer to wire rack till cool.
