Recipe Introduction
Approx. 1 carb per tablespoon ( compared to 4 gram a tablespoon for regular ketchup)
List of Ingredients
- 13 oz tomatoe paste
- 3/4 can water (use tomatoe paste can)
- 1/4 can white vinegar
- 6 to 8 pkts sweetener ( I use Splenda)
- 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a pot and stir over mediumheat for 15 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning quanities as desired
- Refrigerate.
