    Approx. 1 carb per tablespoon ( compared to 4 gram a tablespoon for regular ketchup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 13 oz tomatoe paste
    • 3/4 can water (use tomatoe paste can)
    • 1/4 can white vinegar
    • 6 to 8 pkts sweetener ( I use Splenda)
    • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
    • 1/2 tablespoon salt


    Instructions


    1. Combine all ingredients in a pot and stir over mediumheat for 15 minutes.
    2. Adjust seasoning quanities as desired
    3. Refrigerate.
