- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 1 cup Splenda
- 1 container of Cool whip
Instructions
- Blend pumpkin and cream cheese, add spices, vanilla and Splenda. Blend well with mixer. Fold in 1/2 of the cool whip...You may use pe pan or nut crust. Freeze for one hour or so..keep chilled..Searve with cool whip topping..Makes one pie..
