    POTATO CHIP COOKIES

    List of Ingredients






    1 cup brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup Crisco shortening
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 cups plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
    2 cups crushed potato chips



    Recipe



    Cream together sugars & Crisco. Add remaining ingredients, mixing well after each addition. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 dozen.
