1 TEASP. SEAFOOD SEASONING
1 TABSP. MINCED FRESH PARSLEY
2 TEASP. LEMON JUICE
1 TEASP. WORCHESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TEASP. PREPARED MUSTARD
1/4 TEASP. PEPPER
1/8 TEASP. OR MORE OF HOT PEPPER SAUCE TO TASTE.

IN A LARGE BOWL, COMBINE CRAB AND BREAD CRUMBS, EGG MAYOANNIASE, VEGETABLES AND SEASONINGS. SHAPE INTO 8 PATTIES. BROIL PATTIES OR COOK IN A SKILLET IN OIL FOR 4 MINUTES ON EACH SIDE OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN...SERVE WITH LEMON IF DESIRED.....YIELDS...8 SERVINGS
