    SHOE PEG CORN

    List of Ingredients




    2 12 oz Cans Shoe Peg Corn -- drained
    1 stick Butter -- (do not substitute)
    1 half pint Whipping cream -- (1 cup)
    3 tablespoons flour
    Salt and Pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Melt Butter in MIcrowave in roaster casserole dish. Stir in flour, then whipping cream, then corn and seasonings. Bake Covered at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
