    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 a pkg puff pastry
    • 1 egg
    • 1 Tbl water
    • 1/2 cup dried cherries, softened in hot water 1 minute
    • 1/4 cup chopped toasted pecans
    • 1/4 cup honey
    • 1/ tsp chopped fesh rosemary leaves
    • 13.2 oz brie cheese


    Instructions


    1. Thaw pastry at room temp 40 minutes until easy to handle.
    2. Heat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg and water in a small bowl.
    3. Unfold the pastry sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll sheet into 14-in square. Stir cherries, pecans, honey and rosemary in bowl.
    4. Spread cherry mix int center of square top with cheese. Brush edges of pastry with egg mixture.
    5. Fold two opposite sides over cheese. Trim remaining two edges until 2-in from cheese. Fold edges unto cheese and press to seal.
    6. Place seam-side down onto baking sheet. Decorate top with pastry scraps. Brush with egg mix.
    7. Bake 20-25 minutes or until deep olden brown. Stand 45 minutes.
