Firecracker Coconut Dip

List of Ingredients
- 18-oz. Pkg. of Cream Cheese, softened
- 18-oz. carton Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup unsweetened Coconut milk or cream of coconut
- 1-2 Tbsp. wasabi paste or 2 Tbps. prepared horseradish
- 1 tbl grated fresh ginger
- 1 tsp finely shredded lime peel
- 3 tbl lime juice
- Crudites
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In medium bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed for 30 seconds. Beat in sour cream, coconut milk or cream or coconut, wasabi paste, fresh ginger, lime peel, and lime juice until smooth.
- Serve dip with carrots, sugar snap peas, sweet pepper strips or other vegetables. Or serve with sesame sticks, grilled shrimp or pork, or on a hamburger.
