    List of Ingredients


    • 8 oz lean ground beef
    • 1/2 finely chopped onion
    • 10oz frozen spinach, thawed and chopped
    • 1/2 tsp each salt and ground nutmeg
    • 1/4 tsp pepper
    • 3 oz crumbled feta
    • 3 Tbl chopped fresh dill
    • 1 roll filo
    • 1/2 cuop melted butter
    • 1 cup plain yogurt


    Instructions


    1. Heat med skillet over med high heat. Add beef and onion; cook oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking pan with foil; coat with nonstick spray. unfold filo; lay a sheet with short side facing you on work surface; keep renaming sheets covered with plastic wrap topped with a damp towel. Lightly brush top half of filo with butter. Fold buttered half on top of unbuttered half to make a rectangle. Brush again. Cut in half to make two rectangles.
    2. Place 1 tbl of filling along a short side of one rectangle; roll up into a tight cylinder. Place on a baking pan, seam side down; brush with butter. Repeat.
    3. Bake at 12 minutes until golden. Meanwhile stir remaining 1 tbl chopped dill and 1/4 tsp salt with yogurt in small bowl. Serve warm with yogurt sauce.
