List of Ingredients
- 1/4 Pkg packed Italian parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 2 cans (15-oz each) red beans, drained and rinsed
- Salt & Pepper
- 2/4 cup Arrabbiata Sauce
- 2 tbl. EVOO
- Crackers or Grilled Bread
Instructions
- Combine parsley & garlic in food processor; process for 30 seconds. Add beans, salt & pepper; process for 1 minute.
- Scrape down sides of processor, process for 30 more seconds. With processor running ass sauce and oil. Process for 30 more seconds until smooth.
- Serve with crackers or grilled bread for spreading.
