Mushroom Herb and Goat Cheese Tart

List of Ingredients
- 1 box frozen puff pastry
- 1/2 stick butter
- 7 cups thin sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1 tbsp. chopped thyme
- 1/2 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 5 oz. goat cheese
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400.
- Lay out pastry on parchment on two seperate cookie sheets. Bake until golden, about 14 minutes.
- Remove and let settle and cool.
- Melt butter in skillet and saute mushrooms over high. Season with herbs.
- Spread mix into pastry, dot with goat cheese and sprinkle with parmesan.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. cut into 3-in peices
- Serve warm or at room temp.
Final Comments
Can be made the day beore. Wrap tightly and refridgerate, reheat 250 degree oven for 10 minutes.
