    List of Ingredients


    • 25 large shrimp, shelled with tail
    • 25 thin slices Proscuitto
    • 1 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
    • 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
    • 1 Jar pesto


    Instructions


    1. Lay shrimp on a sheet pan and season with pepper. Wrap each with a slice of Prosciutto, cover and refridgerate.
    2. Pour vinegar into a pan on low heat, stir while vinegar reduces. About 6 minutes. Or until it coats the back of a spoon. Cover and refridgerate.
    3. Saute shrimp on medium heat for about a minute per side. Or until opaque.
    4. Lay on serving tray and drizzle with vinegrette, an pesto.
