Proscuitto-Wrapped Shrimp with Balsamic

List of Ingredients
- 25 large shrimp, shelled with tail
- 25 thin slices Proscuitto
- 1 1/2 Cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 tbsp. Olive Oil
- 1 Jar pesto
Instructions
- Lay shrimp on a sheet pan and season with pepper. Wrap each with a slice of Prosciutto, cover and refridgerate.
- Pour vinegar into a pan on low heat, stir while vinegar reduces. About 6 minutes. Or until it coats the back of a spoon. Cover and refridgerate.
- Saute shrimp on medium heat for about a minute per side. Or until opaque.
- Lay on serving tray and drizzle with vinegrette, an pesto.
