    List of Ingredients


    • 1/2 cucumber
    • 1 cup thuck, unsweet yogurt
    • 1 tbl chopped mint
    • 2 garlic cloves
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 1 cup pitted black olives
    • 4 tbl olive oil
    • 1 tsp parsley
    • 2 tbl lemon juice
    • 4 pitas


    Instructions


    1. Peel cucumber, chop roughly. Sprinkle with salt and stand 15-20 minutes. Rinse and drain well.
    2. Mix cucumber, yogurt and mint together. Season and chill 20-30 minutes.
    3. Process garlic and olives finely.
    4. Add oil, juice and parsley to processor and mash.
    5. Wrap pita in foil and heat. Cut into pieces and serve with dip.
