    Peach Bourbon BBQ Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb peaches, pitted nad diced
    • 1 cup water
    • 2/3 cup bourbon
    • 3 cups classic bbq sauce


    Instructions


    1. Bring peaches and 1/2 cup water to a simmer in a med saucepan over med heat. reduce heat to med-low and cook until peaches are breaking down, 15-20 minutes. Don't let peaches burn.
    2. Remove from heat and add bourbon. Return to med heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Add BBQ sauce and simmer 5 minutes more.
    3. Puree mix in blender, slowly add remaining 1/2 cup water. Blend until smooth. Cool and refrigerate.
