List of Ingredients
- 5 cups seeded and cubed watermelon
- 1/3 cup raspberry or cherry syrup
- Watermelon Ice Cubes
- 1 1-liter bottled carbonated water, chilled
- Raspberry or cherry syrup
Instructions
- In blender container or food processor bowl combine watermelon and 1/3 cup syrup. Cover and blend until smooth. Press through a sieve; discard the pulp. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, up to 24 hours.
- To serve, add ice cubes to ten 12-oz glasses. pour enough watermelon mixture into glasses to fill half full. Add enough carbonated water to fill glasses. If desired, sweeten individual servings with additional syrup; stir to dissolve syrup. Makes ten 12-oz servings.
- Watermelon Ice Cubes: Cut watermelon into 1-in chunks and freeze single layer until solid.
