List of Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 1 large egg yolk
- 1/3 cup flour
- 3/4 cup creme frai
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 12 oz cherries, halved and pitted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9-in baking dish, 1 1/4 inches deep. Coat with sugar and tap out the excess.
- Whisk eggs, yolk and flour in med bowl; whisk in the creme fraiche, milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
- Arrange cherries in dish. Strain batter over cherries. Bake until browned around the edges and set in the center, 30-35 minutes. Let cool slightly and dust with confectioners' sugar. Serve warm with creme fraiche.
