    Chocolate Ganache Sauce

    List of Ingredients


    • 6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
    • 1/2 cup heavy cream
    • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 tbl liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Sambuca


    Instructions


    1. In a small saucepan over med-low heat, stir the chocolate and cream until the chocolate is melted.
    2. Remove from the heat and stir until smooth Stir in the vanilla and liqueur, if desired. Can be refrigerated for 1 week or frozen for a month.
