Chocolate Ganache Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 6 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbl liqueur such as Grand Marnier or Sambuca
Instructions
- In a small saucepan over med-low heat, stir the chocolate and cream until the chocolate is melted.
- Remove from the heat and stir until smooth Stir in the vanilla and liqueur, if desired. Can be refrigerated for 1 week or frozen for a month.
