Raspberries in Champagne

List of Ingredients
- 4 tbl honey
- 3 tbl raspberry liqueur
- 2 tbl lemon juice
- 3 bl chopped mint
- 1 pint fresh raspberries
- 2 cups chilled champagne
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the honey, liqueur, lemon and mint until just smooth. Remove from the heat and let steep 10 minutes. Strain out mint. (Syrup can be refrigerated for up to 6 hours)
- Divide raspberries among 4 champagne flutes. Pour syrup over the berries, the pour i the champagne. Garnish with mint.
