    Boiled Lobster W/ Corn & Potatoes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1.5 lbs small Yukon potatoes
    • 1 large onion, quartered
    • 2 heads garlic, halved crosswise
    • 1/2 cup salt
    • 4 live lobsters
    • 4 ears corn, shucked nad halved


    Instructions


    1. Fill large pot with water, 2/3 way. Add potatoes, onion, garlic and salt, cover and bring to boil.
    2. Uncover, reduce heat to med and cook until potatoes are softening, 8-10 minutes. Add lobster head-first. Cover and cook until shells are bright red, 5-6 minutes. Add corn and cook 3 mi minutes more.
    3. Remove potatoes, lobsters and corn from water; discard onion and garlic. Using kitchen shears, clip tips of lobster claws and let drain. Serve potatoes, lobster and corn with butter.
