    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb mussels, uncooked
    • 1/2 lb raw halibut fillet
    • 1/2 lb bay scallops
    • 1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
    • 1 tbl coconut oil
    • 1 tbl minced garlic
    • 2 cups chopped tomatoes
    • 1 red pepper, chopped
    • 1 cup seafood stock
    • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
    • 1/2 tsp salt
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
    • 1/4 tsp paprika
    • 1/4 tsp onion powder


    Instructions


    1. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
    2. Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minutes.
    3. Stir in the tomatoes and red pepper cook for 2 minutes.
    4. Transfer he mix into the crockpot and stir in the remaining spices.
    5. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
    6. Stir in the seafood and cook for 30 minutes more, until cooked through.
