List of Ingredients
- 1 lb mussels, uncooked
- 1/2 lb raw halibut fillet
- 1/2 lb bay scallops
- 1/2 lb raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbl coconut oil
- 1 tbl minced garlic
- 2 cups chopped tomatoes
- 1 red pepper, chopped
- 1 cup seafood stock
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
Instructions
- Heat the coconut oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the garlic and red pepper flakes and cook for 1 minutes.
- Stir in the tomatoes and red pepper cook for 2 minutes.
- Transfer he mix into the crockpot and stir in the remaining spices.
- Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours.
- Stir in the seafood and cook for 30 minutes more, until cooked through.
