Conch Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb Bohemian Conch, diced
- 3 cup Yellow Onion, diced
- 3 cups Green Pepper, diced
- 3 cup Conconse Tomatoes
- 3 oz fresh Lime juice
- 3 oz fresh Orange Juice
- 1 oz Olive oil
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- Tabasco
Instructions
- Marinate Conch in half the amount of juices for a few hours.
- Strain and add remaining ingredients, combine.
- Serve cold.
