    List of Ingredients


    • 1 lb Bohemian Conch, diced
    • 3 cup Yellow Onion, diced
    • 3 cups Green Pepper, diced
    • 3 cup Conconse Tomatoes
    • 3 oz fresh Lime juice
    • 3 oz fresh Orange Juice
    • 1 oz Olive oil
    • 1 tsp Worcestershire
    • Tabasco


    Instructions


    1. Marinate Conch in half the amount of juices for a few hours.
    2. Strain and add remaining ingredients, combine.
    3. Serve cold.
