Louisiana BBQ Shrimp

- 4oz unsalted butter, in small pieces
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbp finely chopped rosemary
- 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice, rind reserved and sliced
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1.5 tsp hot sauce
- 1lb med to large shrimp, peeled
- 1/2 tsp coarse salt
Instructions
- Heat skillet over med-high heat. Add butter, cook until melted and foamy. Add rosemary, garlic and lemon, stir in Worcestershire and hot sauce and bring to simmer.
- Season shrimp with S&P add to skillet. Cook until pink and firm to touch, 3-4 minutes. Season with pepper, serve with baguettes.
