- 2 lb small new potatoes
- 8 oz chorizo
- 1 onion, sliced
- 12oz bottle lager
- Salt & Pepper
- 2lb shrimp
- 4 dozen littlenecks, scrubbed
- 2 bagettes, warmed with butter
Instructions
- In stock pot combine all but corn $seafood. Cover with enough water,layer corn, clams & shrimps.
- Heat until clams open adn shrimp are opaque. 25-30 minutes at med-high.
- Serve with bread and butter.
