Shrimp with Tequila Cocktail

List of Ingredients
SHRIMP
5 lb. shrimp 41/50
1 peeled carrot
2 stalks celery
1 yellow onion
1 tsp. Bay leaf
1 Tsp. black peppercorn
1 fresh squeezed lemon
2 bottles beer
Water
TEQUILA COCKTAIL
6 cups Ketchup
1/2 cup Chili garlic sauce
2 cup fresh horseradish
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
3 tbl. hot pepper sauce
2 cup Sauza Gold tequilaRecipe
1. Cube vegetables and add everything but the shrimp to a rondo or dutch oven.
2. When liquid boils add shrimps, turn heat down to medium and cook until the shrimps are soft.
Cool immediately.
1. Mix everything sans tequila in a large bowl. Set aside.

2. Using extreme caution, flambe the tequila in a large pot or dutch oven.
3. When flame has expired, take tequila carefully from the heat and let cool for a few minutes.
4. Mix in the tequila sauce to the rest of the cocktail mixture.
