Moroccan Lamb Salad w/ Carrots & Mint

List of Ingredients
- 2 boneless lamb leg steaks
- 2 tbl olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/4 cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup mint sprigs
- 2 tbl lemon juice
- 1 lb carrots
- 1/4 cup golden rasins
- 2 scallions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat grill med high. Rub lamb with oil andgarlic, salt & pepper. grill 4-5 minutes per side.
- Rest 5 min, cut intopieces. Wisk mayo, lemon juice, spices andsalt. Peel carrots into long strips(like linguine). Add mint, rasins,scallions and toss with dressing. Serve topped with lamb.
