    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 lb ground lamb
    • 2 tbl harissa or red chili paste
    • 2 cloves garlic, grated or finely chopped
    • 2 tsp grated lemon peel
    • 1 tsp ground cumin
    • 2 pinches cinnamon
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 3 tbl EVOO
    • 1 cup greek style yogurt
    • 1/3 cup finely chopped fresh mint
    • 2 scallions, finely chopped
    • 2 tbl white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar
    • 8oz coleslaw mix
    • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
    • 4 crusty rolls, split


    Instructions


    1. Preheat grill or grill panto med-high heat.Combine the lamb, harissa, garlic, lemon peel, coriander, cumin and cinnamon; season with salt and pepper.Form into 4-in patties and drizzel with EVOO. Grill the patties, turning once, for 7-8 minutes.
    2. In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, mint, scallions and 1/2 tsp salt.
    3. In a large bowl, wisk together the 3 tbl EVOO and the vinegar. Add the coleslaw mix and red onion, toss; season with salt and pepper.
    4. To serve, place a pile of slaw on each roll bottom, then top with a brger, yogurt sauce and a roll top. Serve extra slaw on the side.
