Parmesan Roasted Acorn Squash

List of Ingredients
- 1 (2-lb) acorn squash, halved lengthwise, seeded & cut into 3/4-in thick slices
- 1/4 cup grated parmsean cheese
- 8 sprigs fresh thyme (1 tsp dried)
- 3 tbl oilive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Toss squash with remaining ingredients until evenly coated. Arrange in single layer on rimmed baking sheet.
- Roast for about 20 minutes, then flip and roast other side for 10 more minutes until browned and tender.
