Crab Pasta Casserole
This is a great dish to serve for most any occasions. I serve it along with Tabasco Salad and buttered dinner rolls.
List of Ingredients
- 1 pint half&half cream
- 12 oz. vermicelli
- 1 lb. velveeta cheese
- 1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 small bunch chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup parsely, chopped fine
- 1 lb. crabmeat
Instructions
- Melt butter and saute mushrooms in a double boiler or in a saucepan on low heat. Melt cheese and cream, stirring until blended.
- Cook spaghetti in salted water al dente, drain.
- Mix all ingredients together, add crabmeat and season to taste with red and black papper, but no salt.
- Pour into a baking dish and bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
