    Fruit Kebabs with Honey Yogurt Dippings

    List of Ingredients




    Prep time: 20 minutes

    2 mangoes cut in half around seed
    ½ small pineapple or 1 can unsweetened rings
    1 papaya cut in half and seeds removed
    1 banana
    16 grapes
    Juice of 1 lime
    2 cups lowfat plain yogurt
    ½ cup honey, mild white is best
    2 tsp orange zest, minced fine
    ½ tsp vanilla extract

    Recipe



    Method

    Cut all the fruit in small pieces approximately the same size (they will all be slightly different shapes). Skewer the fruit in a random pattern on a bamboo skewer. Sprinkle the fruit with the lime juice and chill until ready to serve. Whisk the honey and flavorings into the yogurt and chill. If your honey is too thick or crystallized it will be necessary to warm it in a water bath before stirring it into the yogurt.
