    (Golden Spicy Sauce)
    Meat Crab - 1 kg
    Chopped Shallots - 20 gm
    Chopped Garlic - 20 gm
    Belacan (Shrimp paste) - 1 piece
    Chopped Chilly - 20 gm
    Chopped Young Ginger - 20 gm
    Chopped Lemon Grass - 1 stalk
    Daun Limau Purut (Lime Leaves ) - 3 pieces
    Ground Dried Shrimp - 50 gm
    Salt - 1 tablespoon
    Oyster Sauce (CC) - 1 tablespoon
    Curry Powder - 1 tablespoon
    Soya Sauce - Few drops
    Sugar - 3 tablespoon
    Water - 500 gm
    Cooking Oil - 4 tablespoon
    Curry Leaves - 1 pinch
    Chopped Garlic - 1 teaspoon

    Recipe



    Method :

    1. Cleave and clean crabs.

    2. Heat oil in wok and deep fry crabs. Pour away cooking oil.

    3. Heat new oil and saute chopped garlic and curry leaves. Add golden spicy sauce and crabs, cover and cook for 10 minutes or until sauce sticks to crabs.


    TIME: PREPARATION TAKES ABOUT 10 MINUTES

    COOKING TAKES ABOUT 15 MINUTES
