Recipe Introduction

This is a kick off from Chocolate Crazy Cake, be brave and do try it with the juice from the jar of pickled jalapeños.

List of Ingredients

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons juice from the jar of pickled jalapeños
or you can use vinegar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups cold water



Recipe

Preheat oven 350'
Combine all dry ingredients in bowl, add remaining ingedients in order mix well with fork.
Pour into 13" x 9" nonstick baking pan.
Bake 30 - 40 minutes, til tooth pick comes out clean.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream
