    Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (14oz) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
    • 1/3 cup peanut butter
    • 1 Tbsp corn syrup
    • 10 oz Semisweet chocolate chips
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • Cooking spray


    Instructions


    1. Line 8" pan with foil, and coat foil with cooking spray. Set aside.
    2. Combine milk, chips, peanut butter and corn syrup in medium saucepan; cook over low heat until chocolate melts, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and chill at least 2 hours. Lift foil from pan and turn fudge out on cutting board.
