Peanut Butter Fudge

- 12 oz peanut butter chips
- 14 oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine ingredients until melted and smooth, stirring constantly so mixture does not stick.
- Pour the mixture into an 8"x8" baking dish that has been lined with foil.
- Refrigerate until firm.
- Flip pan to remove fudge and cut into 30 pieces.
