    Pineapple Cheese Ball

    You can add or decrease g.pepper, onion or nuts to your liking.

    List of Ingredients




    2-8 0z. pkgs creme cheese, softened
    1/4 c. green pepper, finely chopped
    2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 tsp. Lawrys season. salt
    1 c. chopped pecans (reserve 1/2 c.)

    Recipe



    Mix everything and stir well to combine thourghly. Pat reserved nuts on outside of ball. Chill

    Serve with your choice of crackers.
    This can also be used as a dip for vegatables or spread on celery.
